附带ON/OFF开关,300mA的高速LDO电压调整器
XC6228D/H系列是实现了高精度,低噪声,高纹波抑制,低压差和低消耗电流的高速LDO电压调整器。本IC由基准电压源、误差放大器、驱动晶体管、电流限定电路、相位补偿、电路浪涌电流防止电路等构成。
从CE端子输入低电平能使IC成待机状态。此外,在待机状态时,能用VOUT端子-VSS端子之间的内部开关使稳定输出用电容(CL)的充电电荷放电。此功能可以使VOUT端子迅速地返回VSS电平。
稳定输出用电容(CL)能与陶瓷电容等低ESR 电容相对应。
